Hotel Reservations:

Unlike most internet rates, these rooms rates have been negotiated to be fully inclusive of all taxes/service charge (17%), welcome drink, newspaper, American Breakfast.  In addition, booking via GLN will include FREE wireless internet that can be used in rooms and in the conference area (normally THB 600/day)

Notes: 

(i)  The Conference Fees include Welcome Party, Coffee and Tea Breaks (2 days x 2), Lunches (2)and all other conference related expenses.

(iii)  Non GLN members are NOT allowed at any functions. 

(iv)  Refunds - 100% on cancellations before January 31, 2012 50% thereafter.

(v)  Hotel Check out time is 14:00 and Check-in is 12:00.

(vi) To avoid having to give your credit card details on-line, GLN will guarantee your room for the 1st night.  However, delegates must supply a credit card at time of check-in.  All rooms and related charges are for your own account and must be settled at check-out.
